If I put a railroad spike through Arty's head, would brains spill forth from the ensuing hole? Would... perhaps... melted chocolate instead, making clear the cause of the FOG that wraps this fellow's head? Ah, yes, the inimitatible chocolate-y goodness hath overtaken thee, Arty. I understand now. It is the chocolate that fucked you, Arty, not the other way around.

Rest well, Arty. Use paper towels to clean the brown dribble.

Aaron, you've officially gone crazy.

Present tense?

Hmmm....Yes.

Generous of you.

I agree with him though. Arthur, you are an [EDITED]silly billy [/EDITED] for thinking this way. And I'm awaiting your response on that

Good for you!

I would have gone apeshit on him, but I'm trying to forcibly change my internet persona. So far, so good...

I cant believe this band is still around. Thought they would have called it quits ages ago.

They havent released anything good since "Ten"

Bull! "Vs" was perfect, as was "No Code". "Vitalogy" was pretty good, and the little I've heard of "Yield" was promising.

Vedder KO1.

wasn't the singer from Bush (Image) even more similar ?

That's a joke, right?

If you thought they called it quit ages ago, then your second statement has no credibility.

And Zad, stop calling people idiots. If I can't do it, you can't either.

Zad: No Code was very bad. Yield had 2 good songs and i thought "vs" came out before Ten. If not, then include vs as a good album

Eyesore: I didnt say "i thought they called it quits". I said "I thought they would have called it quits. They have no fan base anymore. They were a 90's superstar hard rock band that became a ho-hum meh band after 3-4 albums.

When they toured Australia back in the 90's, they sold out the biggest establishments each city has. Last time they were here, they didnt have enough support for places that big and had to play in buildings that hold less people.

I havent even heard their songs played on the radio anymore, time and change of popular music has just swept them aside, which is sad cause i too liked them at one stage but their act and sound grew old very fast.

"No Code" I loved. It was softer, more 70's styled, which personally I like, I can see why someone into early PJ wouldn't.

Hmmm...I see...OWNED!! Anyway, you're incorrect. Pearl Jam have a HUGE following. They're right up there with Phish, Dave Matthews Band, etc.. Sure, the radio hasn't embraced them much like the did on Ten and Vs., but Pearl Jam are still selling out arenas with consistency. Maybe you've not paid attention, or maybe in Australia this isn't the case, but here in the US Pearl Jam are still a pretty big act.

I've never heard of Phish

Dave Matthews Band i think are in the same boat as Pearl Jam, just in a new era.

You have to be kidding if you say Pearl Jam are still as popular now as when they released Ten and vs.

No way in hell

Definatelly not in Oz, i dont know about the US, so i cant say. But i still dont think they are as popular now as they were back then

Phish and Dave Matthews Band have a following as big and as rabid as The Grateful Dead have. Phish have broken up as of late, but they were huge. These bands, Pearl Jam included, are huge, they just fly under the radar. I see Dave Matthews Band every time they come around and they're still selling out 3,000 seat arenas. Every time.

Of course Pearl Jam aren't as popular as they once were, radio and MTV turn a band into a trend. Most bands do club tours when that spotlight is shut off, but Pearl Jam are still a huge act here in the US.

If, by not as popular, you mean not plastered all over MTV, then yes, I agree (though you say this like its a bad thing). Eyesore is correct about their cult following however. If you want a ticket to a Pearl Jam concert, better get in the first day, or it will be gone.

I'm pretty sure they're big in Europe, too. And of course, The Farting Quintet would be big in Japan, so Pearl Jam is likely extremely popular there.

Hell, I was starting to get a little turned on by the 4th Arty. You did mean chocolate pudding right?

Yea Pearl Jam still enjoys considerable air time over here, along with many other relics from the 1990s.
