The biggest wrestling tournament in the country is held there every year. I went twice. Very cool campus. It was an all boy school, though, wasn't it? That's the only shitty part.
Hmm, we must be thinking of different schools. I'm talking about UNO (University of Nebraska - Omaha). There is also UNL (University of Nebraska - Lincoln) and UNK (University of Nebraska - Kearney). UNO is coed (100% sure) and division II (I'm almost positive). Their mascot is The Mavericks and I’m not 100% sure about any tournament, but I do know wrestling is pretty big here.
Nah, same school. Mavericks is what I remember. Red and black. Wasn't the one in Lincoln, and it wasn't Kearney, though they wrestle in the tourney, too.
I must have been misinformed about the coed thing.
EDIT: Come to think of it, UoNeb also sends kids to this tournament. It's fucking HUGE. Seriously.
