just wondering if anyone else here is a fan of this show..

personally i think it's very fucking funny, and it's far superior to certain shit shows like that crap about 2 japanese girls and samurai jack and shit.

the characters are all great, from super-sissy jimmy, to immigrant rolf, the near-retarded Ed and jonny 2x4 and his wooden friend plank.

Quote:
Rolf: Do you have an invitation, overdressed Ed boy?
Eddy: The crow caws at midnight.
Rolf: And the cat sours the basil! Rolf would love to talk politics, but I must see your invitation.

Quote:
Rolf: Do not burn the candle at both ends, as it leads for the life of a hairdresser.

JB is also a cool show, though i prefer Courage the Cowardly Dog and EEn'E.

what about Courage? eh? it's awesome. i loved that episode where he goes to talk to a beaver that built a dam (a real dam, not a wooden one), and the beaver says he always wanted to do music (blues, it hink), but his dad made him go into his family's construction business.

Ed, Edd n' Eddy is the GREATEST cartoon ever. That show fucking rules.

Whenever I watch it, I really get a blast of nostalgia... Reminds me of my childhood. I had a friend like Eddy, and a neighborhood just like the cul-de-sac... saq? Well, anyway, a neighborhood like theirs. Lots of kids, with lots of imagination.

Great show.

I love that show. Dad likes it too, says it reminds him of his youth.

the assholes at imdb also say it reminds them of their youth. wtf? am i the only one here with a normal childhood?

but yeah it's still dead funny. pretty much every character except for sarah and nazz delivers some comedy, especially Ed, Rolf and Jonny 2x4. f. ex. i don't know why, but in that "flying eduardo brothers" episode, when Ed climbed back up from the hole in the ground and said "OBLADI, OBLADA!" i just laughed my ass off.

Fingon: damn right about sheep. absolutely terrible show. same for grim & evil.

GRAVY!

I was always a Dexter's Laboratory fan. Ed Edd and Eddy was good too, as well as Courage.

Never like EE&E.

I know. :( I.M. Weasel was brilliant as well. I loved that two-part C&C episode with an I.M. Weasel in between, when the Red Guy is introducing the second part:

RG: "And nooow, back to part 3!"

Offscreen kid: "What about part 2? Was the weasel thing part 2?"

RG: "Yeeees, the weasel thing was part 2!"
