Alice in Chains - s/t
Sisters of Mercy - Vision Thing
The Cult - Electric
GNR - Appetite for Destruction

Seem to be on a bit of 90s rock kick.

PC69 - As Deep As I Am

I couldn't listen to this everyday, but it makes for a good listen every now and then.

np: everything good by Pink Floyd, which in my estimation is Ummagumma, Animals, Wish You Were Here and the suites from Meddle and Atom Heart Mother.

DSOTM is tragically terrible, teeheeheeheeteeheeheeheeheehee.

The Dreaming EP + Bonus Tracks

for those wondering, it's Ex Stabbing Westward's lead singer, Christopher Hall, new band. They sound like old stabbing westward
music somewhat like darkest days and Wither Blister Burn and Peel but with a heavier guitar sound. The Dark Lyrics and Hall's amazing weil are very present. Really aewsome stuff.

Giant - Lost In Paradise from their second album 'Time To Burn'.

This must be one of my favourite bands ever. Dan Huff is one of the most tasteful guitarists out there. Perfectly executed solos with tons of emotion and jaw-dropping technique. And he is also an amazing vocalist! Some guys just have all the luck... :D

Joe Satriani - Made Of Tears from his new album.

Nice, laidback instrumental shred.

Scorpions - Love at First Sting

This has been kind of a hard rock day for me. I've listened to that album, Guns N' Roses' Use your Illusion I and some Genesis songs I downloaded. Stefan, you loved Genesis, didn't you? :P Can you suggest some songs that can make a n00b get into this band?

Thanks.

Prog is very hit and miss for me, but I'll give it a try. Actually Firth of Fifth was one of the downloaded songs, probably my favorite Genesis song so far :D
