So at the moment I'm getting:
Blood Red Throne-Altared Genisis (or possibly another one, they're apparently all of similiar quality, and it might come down to which one is cheapest)
Cannibal Corpse-Live Cannibalism (not debatable, I want more Cannibal Corpse-or possibly a differant Corpse album, if any are recomended over this hehe)
Emperor-Anthems To The Welkin At Dusk (I've been meaning to get this for ages, but could usually only find ITNE, IXE AND P:DOFAD)
Ulver-Nattens Madrigal (due to popular demand, and I'd acyually rather get Bergatt, but it 'aint in play.com)

That seem like a good haul?

Apart from the BRT, yeah, I'd say it seems awsome!
'Anthems...' is also an amazing album, the best Emperor has done IMHO.

'Live Cannibalism' is fun for a bit, but I've got a hard time listening to CC on CD. They're more fun live, especially after a few beers.

.:crast:.

I'm seeing them in April, and I shalt mooooooosh. Go on then, what's better death metal over BRT?

Or some thrash, of course. At the moment I'm having a serious death metal phase.

I know when a cd is really good, my mum'll make me turn it off in the car. Funny memory:realising my mum could understand the words to Fucked with a Knife. I was like, shit! Skip track!

Can't really compare between Coroner and Pestilence IMO. Consuming Impulse is fucking awesome, btw.

I've only heard "Affiliated With The Suffering" by BRT, and I find them to become rather boring after a while. Personally, right now:

Kataklysm - In the arms of devestation
Aborted - The Archaic Abbatoir
Quo Vadis - Defiant Imagination
Anything by Bloodbath/Edge of Sanity
Bolt Thrower - Those Once Loyal
Estuary - To Exist and Endure

I'm trapped between Coroner-Punishment for Decadence, the Pestilence double pack or some Blood Red Throne. Then again, there's also about a million other things, such as Kreator-Coma of Souls or fucking Cryptopsy-Blasphemy Made Flesh. I doooon't knoooow.

Hah, I'd take Mandylion/Nightime Birds era Gathering any day over Pestilence.

Pete, I also took advantage of that same Pestilence offer a couple of years ago maybe... Good DM albums, but I can't help but find they get slightly monotonous after a while. For me there's just something lacking, which stops them being really nice to listen to.

Yeah, I only have a few songs from Consuming Impulse on mp3 to go by anyway. I'm swaying towards the new Decapitated, £8.99 with a dvd is tempting me, but I've never heard it and it might be a big mistake.

I don't own the new one either, but I reckon it's a much better buy than the Pestilence.

I suspect many here would disagree, but Decapitated are awesome (whilst I just find Pestilence to be fair to good).

Yeah, but the new one is supposedly a departure from the earlier stuff. I don't know...Ugh.

It is a departure, but I'm not sure they went backwards. It's not quite as dry and mechanized (in a good way) as the Negation, but that doesn't have to be bad.

I only have a few tracks but I want the album, because those tracks sound great.

Visceral Bleeding-Remnants Revived
Vomitory-Primal Massacre
Krisiun-AssaSination
Psycroptic-Symbols of Failure

I like Symbolic better but i both give the albums a perfect 100
so they are both essential. Get them both i bet they are cheap.
