I like your enthusiasm, but HTWTS... better than GWC? Blasphemy. Sure, much easier to get into, but it was half the album GWC was. Fuckit, Pete, just buy both.

How can you enjoy one more, but think the other is better? Insane. Besides, the songwriting and musicianship all around is at a pinnacle best on GWC, so I don't know what you're talking about. They even rip off some of their own stuff in the creation of new riffs for HTWTS. Don't get me wrong, HTWTS has not one weak song, but it's a fraction... a fucking fraction of what they coulda pulled off. Saddest part is, when I bought Uncorrupted Steel 2 to hear Kill your God months before the new one came out, I was fucking moved to tears. I anticipated the greatest follow up ever. And it was great. Just not as great.
