Apparantly, Maiden, Judas Priest and Black Sabbath have stolen music from this band.

Excuse me. I need to log off, can't control my laughter.

Um...did you take this seriously? Fozzy started as a Spinal Tap kind of band, poking fun at metal/rock. They concocted that story on purpose. Their first two albums were cover albums with a few originals, though the story is that they're actually originals and not covers. The real originals were basically Sick Speed songs and Sick Speed was basically Stuck Mojo without the rapper. Rich Ward is the man behind all three of those bands. Mongoose McQueen is the wrestler Chris Jericho and no kidding, the dude can sing! Just listen to "Live Wire" (below). He's fucking good.

Their third album was all original, though, and they dropped the gimmick.

FOZZY - LIVE WIRE (Motley Crue)
FOZZY - STAND UP AND SHOUT (Dio)
FOZZY - OVER THE MOUNTAIN (Ozzy)

Good stuff.

That's from the year 2000 and Jericho was just acting being like his pro wrestling persona.

They should have stuck with being a gimmicky cover band. I thought their original material was horrible.

Ok seriously.. I'm sure they are awesome.

The best cover band I have personally seen are Michael White and the White, who play Zep songs along with ther own improvisations.

Any band that has a dance routine during the guitar solo in one of their videos is cool by me!
