Yes, a poll!

Who here thinks that the Now Playing and Recent Purchases threads should be moved to the General Music Discussion besides me?

Madness. Then we'll have people talking about their recently purchased Dark Funeral and HammerFall in the same thread. It will be total anarchy.

It would be so much easier than going to one forum to post about your recently purchased HammerFall then jumping over to the other just to post about your recently purchased Dark Funeral.

Besides, that's what the quote function is for, so discussions don't break out into anarchy.

maybe my doom recommendations would get slightly more attention if all the NP threads were as one.. :P

I don't think so, people here have their favorites and generally don't listen to band suggestions. Just look at all my New Music Download threads, some go over well, some flop. If there was one NP thread people would still respond to the same things and ignore the rest, only then your suggestions would be buried much quicker than they are now.

The same goes for the recent purchases threads, it generates discussion and it'll be better served in each respective forum. You may post about this new [insert black metal band] CD you got, make some comments on it hoping to generate a discussion on the album, but then here come Stefan and Zad talking about some random band being > or < than this band and in 20 minutes your post is three pages back.

I vote no.

I vote no. I hate coming home and reading five pages of discussion that I missed. It would become a skip thread. Meaning I'll never click on it.

I never click on them anyway, so I guess I shouldn't pollute the poll.

You're getting very bitchy, you know that?

No. Who listens to both Dark Funeral and Hammerfall anyway?

I've actually never heard Dark Funeral, so I just thought of opposites.

Nope. Its unnecesarry. Download "The Secrets of the Black Arts". That's all you need by them. The rest of their albums are basically the same with better production. Which means worse.

I wouldn't say so at all. The later stuff is not as annoyingly repetitive, from what I hear.

Not that they're an amazing band, or anything. They make awesome photos of themselves!

I'm downloading both.

Better cancel them, Dark Funeral is for silly people with no life who think Satan is cool. Go with Lunar Aurora - A Haudiga Fluag! That one is for silly people with no life that think forests are cool (like me).
