I hit the play button and here we go: directly in the temple of black metal. No time to lose, Marduk opens this Infernal Eternal with Panzer Division Marduk. Fast, aggressive, Marduk's music is untypical and represents with any doubt the real hate of the black metal. The first song ends and the crowd go away too. Second track confirms this live has not been recorded in one shot.
What a shame!

I am not a big fan of Marduk's lyrics, logo or concept. I am still asking myself what is the difference between "censuring God and venerating Satan" or "censuring Satan and venerating God"? Anyway … let's go back to our review. Here, what is judged is the music and Marduk knows how to play atomic-speed-hate-black metal. That's all!

The sound is really good considering it is a live show(s). All instruments have their place and I am impressed by the drum's sound, which is excellent. Usually is the most difficult instrument to handle in live recording. This live is a testimony to the black metal style. Marduk wanted to celebrate ten years of hate, ten years of "full speed metal jacket", ten years of black metal. From Baptism By Fire to Of Hells Fire or 502, one word will resume this "hellish live": Fast, damned Fast !!!

A must for all black metal fans out there. The limited edition contains 3 bonus live videos for your PC. What else can I tell you? A testimony! Simply a testimony! .

Killing Songs :
