This album starts with two killing song Healer Of The world & Strawberry Fields, a mixture of Bonfire, Maiden & Pretty Maids. The production is good and Gallows Pole try to surprise the listener with clever breaks, nice solos and a quite melodic and fast rhythm.

The overall sounds as a typical German power metal band, not that heavy actually, but really melodic. The singer is ok, but what impress me the most is their chorus lines. Tonight, East Of Eden, Messiah Supreme or even Revelation Of John are nice songs and the whole cd will be "eaten" without skipping a track. The small indifferent moment are few, but on the other hand after track No 7 (instrumental track), Gallows Pole tends to "repeat himself" a little bit (riff).

Now the question is very simple : will they have a small chance to climb from the second division to the first one ? Their music is good and very mature, but honestly, we have heard that a thousand time before. A good record that will please Bonfire, Maiden, Pretty Maids and even Van Halen fans. For all others, the "try before rule" is applied.
