Surprise of the month

I never had the luck to listen to their first work which apparently was elected album of the month in Germany's Rock Hard magazine. This band received a tremendous welcome from the press. Anyway ... I am lucky enough to have received this one. And after the unbelievable Nevermore (They RULES !!!), I can tell you that Century Media is about to be the mega super label's winner of the year. Can you believe that this band has been missing in action since their initial "detonation" in 1993. Of course you can't as you haven't listen to their last work, but trust me ... welcome "the fist in my face" and welcome the headbanging time. Heavy and powerful, heavy and melodic, heavy and Tad Morose.

Somehow between Savatage, Lefay, Crimson Glory and Nevermore, those guys have just released an excellent heavy / power metal record, full of melodies, headbanging riffs and always unpredictable. The feeling to have heard that a thousand times before from a thousand different bands disappear immediately because the song-writting, chorus and melodies are simply amazing. The next guys that comes and tells me that metal is "turning around" should immediately check this band. Powerful to the bones, "atomic" sound production, excellent vocals, Tad Morose, who is hailing from the same headbanging town as Lefay (Bollnäs / Sweden), is really coming out from nowhere and is about to explode your metal heads with their power metal and will also explode your CD players. I still don't believe it guys. I am jumping here and there with my "invisible" guitar, I am headbanging in my room and the REPEAT button is in place.

After Savatage, Nevermore and even Vicious Rumors (remember Digital Dictator), this heavy-power metal style has found a new kid in the block and let's hope this guys will not disappear for another seven years. Let's hope this time that the line-up will be stable and is able to release again another Undead as soon as possible. A buy or die album. Don't miss one of the mega surprise of the year !!!
