I know that NWOBHM is really an old story (almost 20 years) and, when you are in front of such album's style today, you think more about business (who said money) than music. We had the same thoughts when we learned that Raven was recording a new album : "Souvenir, souvenir". Well, yes and no. Yes, because the sound hasn't change at all and this album could have been released in the 80s. But NO, because it is one of their best album so far (songs and melodies are really catchy). It is pure rock n roll and, following the chorus lines and melodies, I am sure they record it with lots of fun. "Trashy" and "US Hard Rock" touch (reminds me Motley Crüe sound on some songs) are also presents in their songs. Die hard fans of NWOBHM, US Hard Rock and Raven won't be disappointed at all (90 / 100) For others, give it a try.
