:D

...and you should be anxious as well. Did you read that description? Holy crap this is going to rule.

I'm going to that Sonata Arctica show with my brother, my friend from Texas, and Cellador!! :o The Black Dahlia Murder show is right here in town, so I'll be there as well.

The thing i liked most in the description is this...

Quote:
Expect to hear rampant and destructive sounding blasts, insanely heavy guitars, over the top shredding, and overbearing amounts of catchiness.

So now i'm expecting something not as light as most PM, which is exactly what I want.

Me too! I'm going to make a point of going to all the metal shows in my area from now on.

Cool. I'll look for you.

I'll either be at the bar or spazing out during the show.

Strange, isn't it? NESS, you'd better get me that fucking Japanese import! And why are there only 8/9 songs? Bands are reverting back to the 70's when it comes to the amount of music put on a CD. It's pretty lame, if you ask me.

EDIT: For those that haven't heard this band's EP, you should. NESS may be a fanboy of the worst kind, but he's generally correct in his opinion on the band. They do indeed kick a whole lotta ass! If you like Keeper I & II era Helloween and miss that sound, you should buy their EP, which I assume will be discontinued soon since they're signed now. It's well worth the $6.

It was either 9 songs, or 13 songs with four filler tracks. They had about three months to write new material for their album. (also keep in mind the length of one Cellador song).

They were playing a show with The Black Dahlia Murder, and TBDM liked them so much they contacted Brian Slagel to meet with Cellador about a record deal. All this happened about a month after they released their demo, so that only gave them a few months to come up with new material before recording in December. I know this is going to be a huuuge debate when they release the album, but they work and go to school on top of writing music. So, I think nine songs is going to make for a very solid release.

Would you cut the shit with the four spaces between paragraphs/sentences!

Anyway, I can dig on that. It's understandable with that taken into account. So let me ask you, do you have your fingers in the vault? Do you have unreleased songs? Will you have these four filler tracks?
