Since when did album artwork have anything to do with how the music will sound?

I actually grudgingly like it. It's different, no doubt, but given my mood I can really enjoy a good number of songs. There are some that are complete shit either way, though.

Hey Chameleon isn't a bad album yeah not Helloween's best but there are some very good songs on there.

it seems to me that negative reaction to this single cover is the same old endless cycle bands like BG can't get out of. They changed artistic styles for the ANATO cover and people didn't like it. Now they apparently go back to their previous style, and people don't like it. It's a no-win situation for the band. I'm willing to bet that one of the reasons they returned to the old-school art is the fact that so many fans complained about ANATO.

I never said I didn't like the cover. I like all of Blind Guardian's artwork except, Battalions of Fear. Regardless, Blind Guardian could do a cover like Edguy and I still wouldn't judge the music on the cover, same thing goes with Edguy (to bad the artwork speaks for the music on Rocket Ride :( ).

I dont care, I love that song! Nothing else from the album has stuck with me at all however.

As for the cover for BGs new single.... I like it.

I love BG's music, but...what the heck with a dude sitting in a throne? Its so f*****g repetitive.I mean not only BG already used it (NIME cover), but also Hammerfall (LOK cover) !!!

who cares, music comes first, then the album art :roll: album cover/booklet are sometimes just a cool bonus
