Cellador's samples available on download.com

generic but pretty well done...

that's good ! I won't spend $6 on their EP but if someone has a "you send it" link I'd be delighted to hear more (that could ultimately bring me to buy their album since I have no doubt such an evident talent will be, or has maybe been yet, detected by a fine metal label...)

still, it's generic power metal à la Helloween from what I heard yet... but good indeed ! :D

And MetalBlade picked them up. They are actually in Florida recording their debut right now.

Glad you liked it.

Sonata Arctica - Shamandalie

They make the best ballads.

I've been listening to Reckoning Night a lot more recently. Originally I was disappointed with it, but I like it a lot now. I even raised my rating.

Cryonic Temple - Metal Brothers

from Chapter 1

I'm giving this cd another shot. I bought it based on Dennis' "High Recommendation" from Sentinelsteel.com about a year ago and have never liked it since it came in the mail.

Dyecrest - This Is My World

Damn, their second album is a bit of a let down, but Fight Fire With Fire and Rush Of Life are probably the best songs they've written.

Helloween - Keeper of the 7 Keys, the Legacy

so far, 2nd spin, it's a 70/100 for me... not a bad album at all but not up to Dark Ride or the two previous Keepers...

Elvenking - Conjuring of the 14th

Heathenreel is so much better than Wyrd.

Wyrd has some good and interesting parts, but I think they could use a second opinion on some of the vocal performances.
