There's a lot to choose from, but I went for what I'd heard and liked, even if there was better stuff that I hadn't. Besides, we can edit our votes, right?

So we gotta cut out Pelican, Ulver and Velvet Cacoon out of here and remove it to the Alt Metal thread?

Thi sone is for Metalcore, Hardcore, Nü Metal etc... the other one is for all the "it has no category" Metal albums.

This thread: Between the Buried and Me, Trivium, HORSE the Band, etc
Avantgarde thread: Pelican, Ulver, Fantômas, etc

Hey guys....

I saw some votes for SOAD Hypnotize / Mesmerize.

We need to decide if this counts as one album, or 2 seperate albums. Now, I'm no SOAD expert, so y'all have to decide.....

Well, I did it that way because the band says it's one album, just presented in two parts. The two versions even fit together to make one 2CD digipack. I don't know, guess we'll vote on it. I say yes, one album.

I would have put BDM as melodic death, but there are many people who would disagree.
