Been a fan since mide 80s and would have to agree this is his best album in years. I was expecting more of the same like the last few albums but this is different it's still sounds similar but songs are better.

Yngwie is one of my all time favorite guitarists. I'll definitely be looking into this. I'm glad to hear it's not a complete failure and it surpasses his latest albums. By the way Doogie White is a great vocalist.

I thought that incident on the plane happened recently. That makes it even funnier to know Jens was behind it (the recording).

Anyway, nice review Marty.

I was really disappointed with this one as I've been with Yngwie since Odyssey...

he did 3 great albums :
- Rising Force 85/100
- Trilogy 80/100
- Odyssey 80/100

then he just lost it never to recover... I gave Unleash the Fury 40/100 as it's not as bad as Attack (15/100) was... but, still, how uninspired and average his work have become ! :(

I love Yngwie's early stuff, but Unleash the Fury is just too long and boring.

Actually, this album was decent. Much better than Attack!!.

I gave it a 70/100 after one listen, but I think I will find this in my player with time. Solid release.
