This is awesome! I used to listen to stuff like this all the time in high school. Ever listen to Trans Am? I can't vouch for their later stuff, but their s/t and Surrender to the Night are awesome.

It is, but I think it's something different, namely krautrock. Anyways, krautrock, shoegaze and postrock seem quite allike...

I see what you mean, but they are both in the vein of experimental indie rock like Don Caballero, which I used to listen to ad nauseum. Thanks for the tip!

Listening to an esmerine song right now, pretty damn good.
