Like Orion, I'm sure it's neither the steaming pile nor the outsanding masterpiece either extreme is pointing towards, but I'm not really determined to find out either way.

55/100 from me. This is coming from a person that scored all of their albums except Hatecrew in the 90s.

I'm still 2 tracks short of obtaining this, and have decided to abstain from listening until I have the full thing.

Which two tracks? If you already have Bastards of Bodom, you'll hear the best piece of crap on this album.

IMO 93/100 is a bit too high.. And this is their worst album so far.. The proper rate should be around 40-50/100

i like it, i think 93 was too high, but i think it is still a good album. the riffs are as good as cob have always been, but they cut down on the solos a bunch which made me sad

i gave it 80

well when i was stoned it was amazingly sweet. maybe the reviewer was too? because when im not high, this music dose not recieve a high rating. 30/100, 3/10 (haha fractions are fun)

I have been dissapointed... I liket their previous material because of the crazy solos and quick pace... Something is different on this album and that i dnt like. 50/100

I think Aleksie did a decent job of warning us that it was different. For example:

"Those who longed a return for the classically-tinged days of Hatebreeder, sorry but you will largely strike out. Those who enjoyed the straight-driving and rockthrashing leanings of HCDR, should be very satisfied. AYDY? Also includes some stylings of industrial and metalcore in the mix."

"I wouldn’t be surprised if this record divides older fans even more the HCDR, as the modern leanings are even stronger."

"The loudest minus could be that the lead guitar melodies that often backed choruses and verses have been reduced in favor of more balls out-riffing, which partially works, partially not."

Is the rating high...yes. But all of your ratings are also very low. I would say 75 out of 100. The lack of the usual Bodom aggression and the wicked melodic solos playing behind the rythem riffs is very disappointing, but it is definitely NOT as bad as In Flames' Soundtrack To Your Escape. This is, of course, just my opinion, so feel free to disagree.

And yes, this is my first post, but NO, I am not a noob. I have been around a while, but usually prefer to just read rather than post.

You could say it's not as bad as having shit smeared in your ears. You'd be right, but it doesn't make whatever you're comparing it to good.
