First listen ever

Woooohoooooooooooooooo!

That was about time then ;) Have you heard Bergtatt? It's a lot more relaxing and since you like Algalloch and Woods Of Ypres, you'll love it!!

Also try (if I haven't spammed these onto your butt before):
Klabautamann - Der Ort
Forest Of Fog - Nebelhymnen
Mystic Forest - Green Hell
Drudkh - Autumn Aurora

Trust me, you'll love all of this :D

Thanx for the spam, but the next weeks I've got a lot of work to do in my new house. So not much time for listening and no money for purchasing new CD's.

now a bloody stupid System of a Down song that ruined the mood that the preceding black metal caused so well.

Is there an audio player which can create a randomised playlist of full albums? I need it.

Are you yet to revise your "black metal sucks" opinion?

Hmm, maybe I mixed you up with someone then... Still did you really think BM would sound like this?

No I didn't. I thought it would be garbage to be quite honest. I thought it was just a bunch of noise that would give me a headache. I thought constant blast beats would resolve in constant head trauma. It turns out it is actually quite soothing. I drift to a different state of mind with every listen. I can be at work, but at the same time be in a relaxed environment (MENTALY AND PHYSICALLY). If I my boss pisses me off I will pop in some black metal and just float away. I love this genre. Sometimes I feel like black metal is actually my preferred genre .
