Looks like a cross of a recent Drudkh cover plus Limbonic Art. Generic or not, I like it.

I thought the music is pretty good, but not outstanding.

I thought the production held it back a little bit on my first listens. It sounds too trebley, I guess I'd put it.

I like the new Arcturus a lot, it's a good follow-up to Sham Mirrors and what Sideshow Symphonies should have been. Production isn't perfect, agreed; ages it somewhat, with the side effect of it sounding very post-millennial black metal, like an album you've just rediscovered.

I really liked Sideshow Symphonies. I mean I like all Arcturus albums a lot, but I didn't think Sideshow Symphonies was bad or anything!
