Astral Doors - Evil is Forever (it's good but I still like their debut album better)

up next
Midnight - Sakada (ex-Crimson Glory's vocalist Midnight does his experimental heavy metal album... So far it sound good but I still have to give a few spin to make sure...)

I mean it's still to be named heavy (progressive) metal but with song structures & arrangements that differ from what classic heavy metal usually shows.... so it also contains psychedelic or pop influences... worth a try...

EDIT : Oh yeah, I forgot... the production is very shitty... that's the weakest point of a good album

Angel Dust - Bleed (I dloaded this one.. based on the first spin, now Follow Me Pt.2, there's a good chance i'll be buying it for this is, indeed, UNGay PM !!! :D )

Steel Prophet Beware

A bit of a disappointment for me. As if they have tried to take out all elements that made Book of the Dead so special.
Still a decent album. And I really adore the new singer.

Savatage - Edge of Thorns (very good heavy metal album... I love how Zack Stevens sings, way better than Oliva imo...)

Judas Priest - Angel of Retribution (since now this album has been a huge disappointment for me.. thought I had to give it another try, i'm in a metal mood lately...)
