I used to be a big fan of this project after the first few albums, sort of stopped paying attention afterwards. Seems worth a listen at the least. And yes, Zad, folk metal feels like a scattershot genre.

I liked this! Catchy, light, fun album (without really trying to be light or fun), just feels that compared to say Portal or Defeated Sanity. Thanks for the review, and for putting this band back on the radar.
