I have been drunk and stoned since work finished for the year 8 days ago. Literally. It feels like I've been through a time machine. It feels like 2 days instead of 8.

I have been smoking for the last three days. I hate being this lethargic and eating shitty food. And I was driving to a date last night and a deer hit my car. like it ran into me. denting my door and shattering my window. insurance covers it but I have two days without a window in the middle of winter. life blows.

I must have had one intense nightmare since i woke up bleeding from one ear, maybe i scratched my ear or something during the night. Also weird was that my PC speakers were turned down to nothing when i know i had them on fairly loud before i went to bed last night since i use an online alarm clock to wake me up...Might as well get up now, i have work in 2 hours.

Now there's people changing my water heater because it started to leak a few days ago and there is water everywhere, i'm gonna have a hell of a time cleaning this mess up *sigh*

My coworkers always try to talk to met about video games and TV shows but I watch opera and do puzzles in my spare time.

going to Dundee, Scotland on the 21st and 22nd to visit a factory there and get acquainted with the production processes and cost accounting methods. a few days after that i head out to Brazil to start real work.

meanwhile the landlord visited us today to talk about the time/payments for the last few days here, and my idiot roomie made up a ridiculous bullshit story to get him to extend the time, he caught her and got pissed. he calmed down and agreed to give us another week, we paid him in advance and he left. then i called him back because he had overcharged us, he just said "monday i'm giving you your money back, pack your things and go". fucking asshole. like, when he gives me the money on monday he's going to notice that for sure. i would have been perfectly fine without the extra time, but with my roommate's bullshit and the guy's short fuse now i'm going to be homeless in three fucking days and housing here is a fucking nightmare.

i think i can stay with my friend but i really didn't want to do it. fucking shit.

otherwise, guys, Paris is just unbelievably beautiful. the walk from the Hôtel de Ville to the Arc de Triomphe, there can't be anything remotely as amazing in any city.

my friend says he can host me but i know he's been having GF issues. very, very last resort to stay with.

got positive replies from couchsurfing and airbnb, so it's sorted, but landlord was a complete asshole. he sent me out when i had only 2 days to find a place in a city where it's a complete nightmare to get anything. i told him as much. had an agreement until the 17th. he only needed the place to be empty on the 18th. he fucked me.

how can i fuck him? he doesn't normally rent houses, but he does make a living as a lawyer. he had no reason to do what he did. i want people to know he's an asshole.
