procrastination is an important skill for a student lol, I leave all my assignments 'til a day or two before they're due, then again that is largely due to the fact that if I were to work on them for the full month or so between recieving the assignment and it's date for submission I would be so stressed by the end I wouldn't submit the paper

Well, these are rather large papers so I can't delay for too long. I've been in situations where I've had 48 hours to write 24 pages on stuff I don't understand and try to find some time to sleep. I don't want to do that again. Plus, I kinda have tons of time in order to get these done. This paper isn't due till Wednesday and I'm two-thirds done with it. My other two papers I have a week to do and about seventeen total pages to write. The thing is that I just want to get back to Ohio.

That was for my master's in philosophy. Each semester was three classes and each had fifteen page term papers. My first semester I spent the entire weekend on a Descartes paper, only to have to write a paper on Heidegger and one on Arendt from Monday at four till Wednesday at four. I had started on the Heidegger one, but literally wrote nine pages for it and the entire fifteen of Arendt in 48 hours.

Now, I'm a doctorate student and have it figured out with my time organized and what not. Right now, at worst, I have to write three pages a day and I'll be fine. I can generally pull off five easily.

well that's not so bad, I generally manage my stuff pretty easily, week before my assignments are due I read through material and write down useful quotes, then write the full assignment in a day, proof read it, print it and forget about it until it's due, this generally works fine, except in contract (I'm currently studying my bachelor of Law and Legal Practice) where it takes a week to read one case, and that's NOT an exaggeration, contract cases average about two hundred pages, the case reader (which is exactly that a collection of cases for the subject) is more then double the thickness of any of my textbooks

EDIT

My university does provide my material electronically but I still need to buy it first otherwise they can't clear the publishing

Lady friend's apartment plans fell through till January so that means little less than three weeks without her having a place. Slumber parties at our respective parents' places doesn't sound super exciting. My mom is cool, but that twin bed in the guest room doesn't sound too appealing. It would have worked when I dated girls that were five three and tiny, not five nine and curvy... those breasts of hers. I really need to finish these papers.

Here come the apple haters. Even if you don't post it, you're thinking it.

no I'm not, apple products are great for me, even if they are touch (iPhone or iPod) the screen is the best out there for making it work, particularly with the vision difficulties I face, desperately want a new iPod and iPhone

insomnia means this day is gonna be long and dreadful, should be asleep, tried, failed, gotta see a GP (doctor) about sleeping tablets this shit happens way too often for my liking

160 sounds intense. I have 60 with my Zune and the library is rather unwieldy. They have ways of navigating it, like skipping to letters in the alphabet, but I can scroll through the 'S' section for quite a while.
