I met some of my more pressing deadlines today. Hence am powering through the last five episodes of Justified season two like a champ.

right well caught up on Supernatural, Castiel returning hmmmm somehow I was expecting more, not impressed with this season to date

plus side new season of Dexter is pretty good from the little I've seen

Season needs to go somewhere better real fast. Sam's back story is cute, but it's not going to pan out and so I'm just kinda done with it. Castiel is awkward and they need to get back to the main storyline because these one-off episodes suck.

I think the problem with this season has been they went into it with no real plan on how they would structure the season just like they did with season six

first five seasons you knew where it was all heading, same again with seven, this time around it just seems a little forced, so far as I'm concerned it should have either ended after season five or the end of last season

Eight has a little too much Dean/Castiel love going on, which I'm not opposed to but it needs to go somewhere. I think you're right. It seems very haphazard.

Valid comparison. The trio was rather fucking stupid.

Really looking forward to Parks and Rec getting better like everybody says, because two episodes in and it's pretty mediocre.

Season 1 is pretty terrible. Kept me away from the show.

I've seen few episodes of P&R and it's not bad, but it is clear that it wants to be the new Office so much it's not even funny. Supposedly it got better in later seasons.
The US Office ( which I adore ) started as a British Office ripoff but got it's own identity in season 2. Maybe this is the case here in P&R also.

I said it's worth it, now keep watching!!

What do you think of The Walking Dead mid season finale?
Possibly the weakest episode of S3 so far, at least for me. The actions of some characters are so stupid it is laughable.
But as a whole, one of the better series currently airing, so thumbs up.

Decent, not great. Luckily, the previews told me everything I needed to know so I'm not freaking out too badly right now.

This season has been pretty good so far. I can't stand Michonne, though.

Really? She is one of the more promising characters insofar as she isn't a sniveling brat like most of the other ones. Well, come to think of it, they kinda killed off everybody I didn't like. Here's hoping that the new folks don't bring any soap opera drama along with them.
