other day it was Skyrim, now it's Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (can you believe I still haven't finished that one yet, ACIII is a long way off yet unfortunately)

on the gaming front a little bit disappointed with Halo 4, I mean it's good, but it just doesn't live up to the hype, think I'll go back to Halo 3 for my shooter fix

My shooter fix has been Battlefield 3 for some time. I was tempted to pick up either Black Ops 1 or MW3 at the Steam autumn sales, but then I thought, hey, I'll just be disappointed by it and go back to BF3. I just find the teamwork so much more rewarding in the latter than in CoD.

I don't like CoD at the best of times, never liked the franchise and never will, I prefer my shooters to be futuristic so Halo just appeals to me, I'd like to play Killzone 2 or 3 at some point but since my younger brother decided he wanted my PS3 that isn't gonna happen, pissing me off I wanna play Uncharted 3, I've had it for nearly eight months now and only gotten to play it once

I'd say try it, but you might get motion sickness too. It's pretty nifty, less running around like a headless chicken à la CoD, more team-based play with supplying ammo and medkits for the team, doing revives, spotting assists etc. You can have a kill/death of 2/20 and still be top scorer just by reviving teammates dozens of times over the course of a round (a revive is equal in score to a kill).

And the vehicles. And the map destruction. And the visuals. Awesomeness.

To all X-Box live users, I strongly suggest you avoid the newest update and wait for the next one, which Micro$oft is saying will be up in about 72 hours.

My xbox can't log into xbox live, freezes every time. Other people can't even turn theres on without it freezing. It's not happening to everybody, but it is happening. Microsft has yet to make a formal announcement on the matter, but I just got off the phone with X-Box Canada and this is a widespread problem.

Just a heads up.

I did play number 2, and enjoyed it and can see why others like it, but I am lone wolf, hence my cod and Halo love. When I play Battlefield I just die all the time. Sniping campers love me in those games.

Installed that yesterday and everything seems to work fine, no freezing. Maybe it's a regional thing? :unsure:

Started Skyrim! So far running after deer with a battleaxe and setting rabbits on fire, wandering around talking to people in a village now.

Playing Dragonborn Skyrim DLC and NSMB U at the moment, both very fun!! Also i have almost 180 hours on my Skyrim character...i'm not addicted at all...i swear :lol:
