Well, if my memory doesn't fail me, that guy is (was) the vocalist of the swedish (or norwegian) Prog band Seventh Wonder. I think he'll fit perfectly in Kamelot, better than Fabio Lione 4 sure.

Guy has the look, that is for sure. You probably couldn't find anyone that looked more like Khan than him.

I'm not going to bother listening to his vocals for the mean while although Solar is right in saying that they definitely have find the right match look-wise although Khan was more handsome .

EDIT: lol at the pinata thing.

Hell yeah!!! :D

As long as Tommy doesn't leave Seventh Wonder, this is awesome news.
I can't believe some of you guys haven't heard of Seventh Wonder. Their 'Mercy Falls' CD is probably my favorite CD from the last 6 or 7 years... I'm not kidding!!

Here's my review:

Seriously, you guys need to check out Seventh Wonder immediately.

I doubt he will be able to do 2 bands all at once. Especially if Youngblood forces him to commit to Kamelot full time.

He made a statement in which he said he's not leaving Seventh Wonder and that the band is also working on new material.

Yeah that's what Stu Block said when he joined Iced Earth but now he's left Into Eternity to fully concentrate on IE.

So we'll see if he can commit to 2 bands but I doubt he can because it's very difficult and the fact that Youngblood doesn't want any distractions(he said this in an interview last year)to occur with the new vocalist.

So what you're saying is there could potentially be another opening for Adveser.

Stu Block is still in Into Eternity just not touring with them.

He's there to break in the new vocalist that's it. He's no longer their singer.

That's funny because I am friends with former Purgatory guitarist JD Bradshaw and I believe my friend who owns the record store knows Iced Earth quite well.

Samples coming soon. I'm mixing as I type this and plan on recording a lot more. I shouldn't have too hard a time finding a high profile gig.

I want the job with Angra. Iced Earth or Yngwie Malmsteen are good choices too.

I'm going to seriously nail a few Ayreon songs tomorrow and with those recordings see if it is possible that Arjen would be willing to tour that band with a female singer added.

You guys think I'm joking. My voice is already in another league from anything you've heard from me and today was really the first day of recording it with any success. I guess one of Olaf Thorsen's mental institution angels followed me home.

Adveser, answer me truthfully - are you talking to a professional? Because I'm starting to get a bit worried about you, bro...

Check out the new samples Goat, you'll see I'm on the right track.

See my brain was building up so much dopamine that I was literally getting delirious and confused about 10 minutes into singing anything and I would literally forget how to sing. After a few years there was a shitload of bad muscle memory built up. I got the problem fixed though now.

Seriously though, the metal songs need work, the pop songs don't really. I am so eager to get something up that they were all done one shot basically. Listen to the Go West song and you'll all agree I have chops, even if there are mistakes.
