Speaking of "lunatic" (being derived, as you of course know, from the French "lune"), I'm going to U of Montreal to study French in June. Exciting, is it not!? Quebeckward, ho!

Freud has been highly criticized by many psychologists in his general and specific approaches to psychology. I would interpret dreams in my own way (or in a Jungian way) rather than a Freudian way because of Jung's much more sophisticated and complex approach to psychology. You have to be well aware of your interior life to be able to analyze your dreams. Going to anyone (supposedly) for help on dream analysis will entail you to give rather detailed account of what is surrounding your life concurrently.

Gonna have the sickest LAN tomorrow. We've designed a board game similar to Mario Party where you land on different games that you have to play to score points and to make progress toward the grand finals which is a massive free for all with a bunch of different games. We have around 25-30 games, stuff like the original Duke Nukem, Starcraft 2, Worms, SWAT4, Street Fighter, even Mario Kart. Plus we're going to be chilling in the sauna and barbecuing. Cannot fucking wait.

The dog/bear dream has happened to me before. In the dream my grandparents had a cottage up north on a lake and my mom, brother, 3 of my dogs(current dog at the time, plus 2 previous dogs) and myself all went up. My mother and brother went into town to grocery shop, or whatever the hell they did, and left me with the dogs. I kept trying to leave them in the cottage (they all would of ran away and I didn't wan to be the asshole that let the dogs get lost way up north) but somebody, or something, kept letting them out. I would round them up and put them back inside and go exploring just to see they got out again. When I was trying to round them up this time, I noticed 2 bears in the distance and heading our way. One was a big grizzly and the other, from what I could tell, must've been the baby. Except, it wasn't brown it was white. Not a polar bear though, my brain had told me it was an albino grizzly. So anyway, I'm shitting my pants thinking here comes 2 bears to kill my 3 dogs but by the time they got to me, the neighbour in the closest cottage (which happened to be The Undertaker, yes the WWE wrestler) had choke slammed the bear and sent them off running. There's way more to this dream, but those are the main parts.

That same night, I dreamt that the furnace in my house a the time, which my room was beside the furnace room, had exploded and flames were shooting down the hall and into my room. Nobody seemed to notice except me, and I didn't wake up until the flames would of hit my face.

I also dreamt that night that I was hearing some weird noises upstairs of my house. I went to go look, and there was my mom and brother (dad an sister never in my dreams) tied up and gagged and there was 3 people robbing us. I noticed one had a gun and had their back to me so I snuck up and in one fluid motion put them in a headlock and grabbed their gun. While having them in the headlock all I could notice was how nice their hair smelled, like grapes. Then they took their mask off to reveal the person I had the headlock on was my high school crush. I saw her face, went WTF, and woke up.

I can't make this shit up.

1) Are bear dreams a thing in Canada, or what?

2) More seriously, I find it funny the (weird) dreams Noodz and yourself are describing are weird by the events occurring, and probably the atmosphere. I find this funny because my weird dreams are almost all weird by the dialogues more than the events. For instance, I recently had this über-sweltering dream in which I was in my parents' living room, and then there was this tall guy (who turned out to be a professional killer) sneaking in, then standing in front of me for like 10 minutes, patiently and methodically explaining to me I had to die. The dream ended when he eventually chocked me to death (always good times, thanks buddy).

My point is, the dream was quite long (well it certainly seemed so at least), but there were only 3 events in it : man sneaking in, man standing in front of me and dialoguing with me, man finishing me. (Oh now I remember, there was also my sister sitting in the next room watching TV and doing nothing to help me. Most appreciated, thanks sis'.) The dream was frightening, but not by what happened (even the killing part was OK, I was just losing all hope and letting myself go so it was no big deal in the end), it was the dialogue. As the (what seemed like) minutes were passing by, I was slowly and increasingly losing all hope. It was like there was nothing in the world I could do to save myself. I was... weak and helpless. A prey.

I've had many other dreams such as this one in the past. I've had many eventful dreams as well, but those are cool dreams, not fucked up dreams. My nutcase dreams are all feelings-based.
(On the meaning of the dream: honestly I'm sure it has everything to do with how I feel regarding my sickness, but this is not the point.)

3) I loled at The Undertaker.

That sounds awesome, wish we had thought of that back in my gaming days....

That is very different from my dreams! I was in the habit of writing my dreams down for a while, and I didn't think it'd take very long, but they averaged about a page and a half. A surprisingly large amount of stuff happened.

My last bear dream was after reading about how humans could've domesticated bears instead of wolves. So we would've had household animals that were like minibears, in the same way that dogs are miniwolves. It was more a cool/cute/warm/cuddly dream. (Dreams last night were still vivid, but not violent this time. Realistic enough that I had the moment "oh yeah, that didn't actually happen" after a minute or two of lying in bed.)

I realized yesterday that I could stay in Montreal once my classes there end. Freedom is weird!!

That LAN sounds super fun EoF. Never went to one of those in my gaming days, but it seems like it'd be fun to make the hobby a less solitary thing.

You should come to Heavy MTL with us in August. The line-up sucks, but it's still an awesome day at a huge park. You should seriously think about it.

Freud's dream analysis is cool.

Pissed off because I got a new laptop a month ago and the hard drive failed the other day. I got a new one but now I have to go through windows and personalize everything. Once again. Worse thing about getting a new computer.

Also, does anyone know how to get albums that you bought off bandcamp if they get deleted?

I've given all drugs eternal rest for a good 3 years now. Being sober is highest reality and for altering consciousness there are many ways that are natural and within one's self awaiting to be discovered.

Smoke some pot then wait about 5-10 minutes then eat something. You're opinion on that will change.
