Awesome album.

The re-issue I presume? I didn't know it was out. How's the packaging/artwork and sound?

Haha Of course its the reissue. I'm not a billionaire, much less a millionaire ;)

The only song I heard from the original was an mp3 of The Wolfish Initiation and it sounded like crap to me.
But when I heard the same song on the reissue it sounded much better so I guess the sound's been polished although its still raw. I think the drums sound a bit thin though. I didn't really like it on first listen (except that Carpathian Windspirit song) but hopefully a few more listens will do the trick.

Packaging is excellent to me at least. The cover shows 2 guys in corpsepaint (what else). The booklet has lyrics, band photos and a picture of the original demo cover.

Overall I say its worth getting. Say goodbye to Ebay and ridiculous offers!

I completely disagree. I'm not a big Slayer fan, but that is an incredible live album.

Iron Maiden- Maiden Japan (vinyl)
Helloween- Keeper of the Seven Keys Part I (vinyl)
Queen- News of the World (vinyl)
Anthrax- Persistence of Time (tape)
Anthrax- Among the Living (tape)

Quite a good haul, and in total I spent about 20 bucks Canadian on all that, so that is excellent.

Just got this today:

Sargeist - Tyranny Returns

Ildjarn - Forest Poetry

Sephyroth - The winter Holocaust : mcd limited to 88

Split with Daemonlord, Lux Ferre, Malleus and Mortinatum : limited to 1000. Funny part : On the back of the cover (behind the plastic) is a real razorblade which has the cd number written on it. Above the razorblade is written " use while listening", pretty funny and stupid, i think.

Casette :
Seigneur Voland - Consumatum Est

Beherit - Drawing Down the Moon
A legendary slice of Finnish BM. More atmospheric and ritualistic than the old Blasphemy-influenced stuff.
Some of the sickest vokills ever.
