Universal Soldier: Regeneration - loved the scene where JVD kicks the shit out of the old fat dude in the restaurant. That kick to the face was epic!

Crazy Stupid Love - Sweet film. Emma Stone is a sweetheart, nice to see Ryan Gosling's range in rom-coms as well as, you know, proper films about antisemites and drug addicts.

A Love Song for Bobby Long. Southern accents by John Travolta and Scarlett Johanson were pretty weak and the movie as a whole was kinda lame. It was pretty transparent.

Fucked Up.
I always knew about the cannibalism and perverted shit, but I had no idea the role religion had in this dude's mind...Scary how some people can interpret shit and then incorporate it into their own life/views/actions.......

I think Benediction had a song about Albert Fish, the Gray Man. Fucked up shit. Great song though.

The X-rays after his execution revealed multiple needles embedded into his groin and lower stomach area... He also beat himself with a spiked board and claimed to be Jesus Christ... What the fuck?

Yeah dude it's fucked up.. The documentary I watched last night of course went into that aspect because that is what he is known for, but I found it really interesting how it showed how much his interpretation of the bible/religion led to many of his actions and mindset....I mean besides his sadistic nature of course.....

I remember reading the letter that he wrote to the parents of a child that he killed and ate. It was in English, which the parents didn't understand, and I guess the cops just lied to them as to what it was about. Which I get. BUT THIS WORLD, SOMETIMES. I'm not so sure about.

I just watched Double Dragon, which was silly, and the beginning to Wheels on Meals, which looked like prime time J. Chan/Sammo Hung. I couldn't finish it because my internet cut out. I also rewatched American Pie for the first time in years. Its weird watching things from the late 90s/early 00s because I can certainly tell a difference in style from movies nowadays, which I was used to while watching movies from the 80s and beyond, but not so much from the 2000s. But its 2011 now, and I guess I'm getting older. Also, Shannon Elizabeth is stupid hot in that movie.

Next up is Key Largo!

The next three movies that I want to see: Tintin, the new Sherlock Holmes, and J. Edgar. We'll see which one I'm in the mood of seeing first. Btw, The discussion above and the comment that Zad has made about Fisher is still unclear as far as I know.

Carrie.

Holy crap, crushing. Sissy Spacek annihilates this role.

Some movies ive watched over the last couple of weeks and forgot to post.

Faster - better than I thought it would be

The Green Hornet - I like Seth Rogan, but he ruined this movie

Macgruber - has some wtf funny moments but overall not worth your time

Gunless - crappy Canadian comedy

RUSH: Beyond the Lighted Stage - didn't finish it, Lbut I will. Good stuff, always fun to watch these band documentaries.

Due Date - like a modern Planes Trains and Automobiles but with a serious lack of John Candy.

Sorority Row - fell asleep through it
