I'm at odds which Sodom album to buy, I have Agent Orange but what other one should I purchase out of Obsessed by Cruelty or Persecution Mania? Thoughts?

You can't really go wrong with Sodom, but I'd go with Obsessed by Cruelty.
But I'd ultimately go with In The Sign Of Evil, if you don't have it yet.
