I agree nothing ground breaking but good for what it is. I really like the leads but the riffing seems a little less inspired. As for the vocals, I thought it was one of Angela's best performance since a long time. for me this album is a solid 75.

New Arch Enemy sounds vaguely interesting. All their albums are ok but they lack a certain spark. They're very meat and potatos.

Arch Enemy is a band I listen to once every two years, if that! I agree, the riffing is very weak. I change my score from a 65 to a 60.

Much more progressive and dreamy than Amorphis and the musicianship is in the same level as Opeth. One could say it is Rush doing extreme metal. A true masterpiece.
