That hat doesn't work for him.

Seriously, not a terrible song but nothing particularly exciting, either. I doubt the album will contain (m)any surprises.

I agree the song is nothing special, but
I really enjoyed their previous release, so I'm definitely giving this one a chance.

Insipid, dull, tepid, boring, bland, formulaic, banal...I could go on!

Oh man.. I mean, is this even metal? I know I sound elitist, but that was pretty horrible.

As a pop song, it's pretty enjoyable.

And yeah, his hat is pretty douchey.

Well, if one is comparing In Flames to the days of The Jester Race, then, yes, this is as one could say... miserable! But if not compared to their old material... nope... It's still appalling, horrendous, and hideous. But I believe they have most definitely gained new fans which is good for them.

I stopped caring about In Flames since 1999. They're obviously doing music now only for money, like a job. We all know that's the surest path to artistic death. I can't blame them, I would probably do the same if I've the chance.

It is what it is and in the same direction In Flames has been moving for the past decade. It's crap to me but I guess I'm in the minority considering the popularity of the band.

Yes... it tells you about IF and their integrity as musicians. One could look at differently and say they just changed their musical direction altogether as a matter of evolution into a modern sound, but then again, I would agree with you on how it has become a business for them, entirely.

Yeah, I enjoyed A Sense of Purpose, but this just wasn't any good. Hopefully the rest of the album is better.

No one should have any expectations of this band returning to any type of sound pre-Reroute to Remain.

Good video (for a pop group), awful song.

And im one of the few here that actually enjoyed "Soundtrack to Your Escape" (although I cant stand their sound on Come Clarity and A Sense of Purpose).

Sounds like yet another In Flames album that will be great for a few listens then you get bored with it and move on.

Sounds of a Playground Fading

Even Johnathon Davis would cringe at that album title.

Wow Anders voice has improved immensely since that shitburger Come Clarity.

He still sucks bollocks though and is one of the worst vocalists in Metal.

Song was very Eurovision and very generic. It didn't sound anything like In Flames.

It's dogshit, but they've been dogshit for a really long time. Looks like this year is going to be great for horrible albums, Morbid Angel, Trivium, Gallhammer, In Flames.
