I hope not!

Pyramaze is currently working in a new album with Urban Breed as a vocalist as far as I know, sans Michael Kammeyer and Niels Kvist, they left the band recently.

Urban's voice is way better than Barlow's. :dio:

Well, after his previous talk of the next album being a return to form I think my hopes just dropped significantly. Barlow is just too ingrained with their sound to be that easily replaced. Hell, Tim did a great job and it still didnt sound right.

Fuck this frigging sucks. Guess it could be expected, given the demands of his full-time job I was surprised at how often they did shows. Suppose that it should be taken as good news that Jon intends to keep pushing the band, even if it's due to his own arrogance.

I just hope Jon takes his time with a decision. I'm not a Ripper fan, so I don't want to go down that road again. I'd rather see him delay the album for awhile, complete all other IE ventures, maybe a third D&W album with Hansi, and get a guy that is gonna be a great fit. That should give him enough time to get Ripper's voice out of his head while he's writing material.

Reading between the lines, the Ripper split seemed quite acrimonious. I'd love to read Jon's (probably inevitable) autobiography where he gives all the various reasons for his hiring and firings.
