Scott Pilgrim vs the World - Loved it. Need moar comedies with this much attention to detail. Colour matching across characters was beautiful and the hair thing was great.

Day Of The Dead - great stuff!
Inception - Ditto. Went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised.

The gore in Day of the Dead was surprisingly great.

MACHETE - awesome!!

Wanted - Ten minutes in I realised that I shouldn't take it seriously, after which it became quite enjoyable.

Due Date - A couple of scenes made me lol hard, but it was meh overall.

Scott Pilgrim vs The World - I don't like Michael Cera that much, but this film kicked all kinds of ass. And Sex Bob-omb = best band name ever

The Social Network - Surprisingly entertaining for a film that is pretty much nothing but a bunch of geeks talking about business for two hours.

If your sense of humor runs to slapstick and/or disgusting .. this will be right up your alley. I laughed at probably 80% of the skits, nearly lost my dinner during the sweat cocktail.

Equilibrium - What the fuck did I just watch? Whole set-up didn't make sense (is anger not an emotion? Pride? Hatred? Disappointment? Satisfaction?) they should have just done 2112 - The Movie. And I couldn't take Bale's shitty acting seriously, like when he stopped taking the drug and started playing with his staplers and stroking walls and getting all flustered over the shotgunned puppies etc . The whole thing's basically built around a 'lol, sense offenders, geddit?' idea some drunk fuck had. The fight bits with the guns were pretty meh, much better in those brief moments when he was just cracking limbs or swingin' swords as opposed to this 'hey guise you stand around me in a circle and I'll shoot you' bollocks. Plus, Bale's kid was a little shit with massive ears and the dialogue was awful and even Emily Watson was an annoying bitch and why were there no metal detectors or security cameras and why do I waste my life watching this crap.

Agree with everything above. Equilibrium is terrible. It couldn't even stick to its own premise.
