Inception - Pretty fun movie. Got a little garbled when they went to the snow place because I kinda lost track of how what they were doing was actually going to stick the idea in the heir dudes head. Also why was there gravity there when there was none in the hotel? Why did she put them in a military base? Did the purgatory stuff make any sense at all? Either way cool concept for some crazy action scenes like the dudes fighting in the gravity shifting room which was awesome.

Youth in Revolt was pretty lame so it got turned off 40 minutes into it.

Also the top that doesn't stop spinning is a crappy token because it doesn't help you distinguish between reality and someone else's dream.

JGL is dreamy. So is Zooey Deschanel :3

It all makes sense minus the gravity part.

imo designing the level as a military base before knowing hig subconscious would be armed makes no sense. Story-wise going from interesting manipulation of Cillian Murphy, cool symbiotic action scenes, and Dicaprio dealing with teh emotions to indistinguishable people in snow suits shooting at each other for unclear reasons = snow part was a bad idea.

It was supposed to be, to Cillian Murphy, the old man's dream, who was guarding a secret from Murphy so maybe that would be why it was a snow fortress? We need some spoiler notation on this shit.

So you liked the film then?

Not one of my favorites from him--but it is still a Bergman so I have to love it.

A-Team - fucking terrible. Liam Neeson's American accent made me cringe and the last plan was badly illustrated and was just plain stupid. even The Losers was better than this.

'Wild Strawberries' is a great starter Bergman.

The Road - As a movie: Needed more character development and introduction before having the father point a gun at his son to spare him from cannibalism. Having that happen twice in the first half hour was dumb. As an adaptation: Needed to focus more on the bond between father and son and their goals of travelling South and to the coast, rather than focusing on death/suicide/etc. Definitely didn't need the added stuff with the mom. First half hour shouldn't have been what they opened with; in the novel the shooting and the house were more towards the midway point (iirc, I read it in two days two years ago) and because of that they were much more tense. It got better in the second half though and I'm glad I got to see Viggo's balls again.

Fuck you Nick Cave's composition was epic. Organization could've helped but I still loved it.

First Blood II. Watching this I realized why The Expendables won't be good as much as I want it to be and that is because it won't have that lame cheesy heart that moments like when the Vietnamese girl says "ram...bo" right before she kicks the bucket. The endings to these movies are always so epic.
