ok Daniel... this is a nice review ! :D

and the new DsO is, imo, not only a step forward for the band in their evolution, but a step forward for BM into even more spiritual territories than it did before...

the main difference I find in DsO when compared to ANY OTHER BM BAND in their category is how perfectly held is the spirituality within their sound... while some bands are perfectly portraiting the ambience of a snowy windy forest, DsO creates a perfect tiny symphony for the church of the damned while still managing to create calm part only to enhance their blasts... great band really !!!

and while I only gave it two spins I can already rate this album : 90/100, it's THAT GOOD ! :D

Well, that should be a problem, I enjoy power metal every now and then.

Do you know where on earth I can get my hands on a Deathspell album? I've looked all over the web, and couldn't find anything, and hearing so much praise makes me really want to check this band out.

Any help?

You can get "Si Momentum..." from moribundcult.com, besides that I have yet to see a Deathspell Omega album available in the US.

I'd take their list with a grain of salt .. twice I've tried to order that CD and they came back and said it was out of stock after I placed the order.

The offical Norma Evangelium Diaboli distro in America is The AJNA Offensive. Get your filth there. By the way, if it is released by Norma Evangelium Diaboli it means it kicks some serious ass, so don't hesitate on ordering CDs from that label.

Enough though now I'd go with Daniel's thing, I orded it though them yesterday and it didn't say they were out on the shipping started/invoice thing I recieved today, so they have it in now, apperently...
