The Hangover - Fun, not as uber-highlarryous as it had been hyped to me, though.

The Royal Tennenbaums - Awesome. Girl said "I liked that movie because it made me feel like everything will be alright" and guy was all "you got that from the movie!?" Good times.

If memory serves, Gene Hackman was the only thing that stopped it being an annoying mess, like most of the guy's films.

But then we wouldn't have these amazing Nicolas Cage moments:

I can never stop laughing at the bees scene.

Ness: Moon is indeed awesome.

Watching Crazy Heart, and 3 minutes into it, Jeff Bridges is sitting at a bar in a bowling alley.

This is gonna be awesome.

Got about 30 minutes left of it and I'm loving it. Great movie, fantastic performance by Bridges. He earned the hell out of that Oscar.

Yeah, how many women does Cage punch in that awful movie?

To be honest, I did enjoy the remake for what it was: Nic Cage overracting, hilariously. It's not like anyone watches an Arnie film for the acting, after all.

SO GOOD! I love the grittiness of this movie. It is directed so well. It's a shame it doesn't get much recognition. 9/10.

Of course. That movie was excellent to make fun of; the women-punching was really distracting from the hilarious badness of it.
