ridiculous, completely ridiculous. can you believe these characters? you know what hurts the most? the lack of respect. well that, and the other thing. you all have a lot of growing up to do.

Artie Lange tried to kill himself! :omfg: 9 self inflicted stab wounds.

The Invention of Lying - 6/10

Good for a few laughs and apart from great acting by Jennifer Garner everyone else sucked. I'm a big fan of Ricky Gervais but he somehow missed the mark here.

It was a good idea, well-implemented, but hardly a mainstream comedy.

And screw you guys, Spidermans 1 and 2 were great.

Wouldn't that be "Spidermen 1 and 2"? Or if it's the plural of a brand name does it become "Spidermans"? :S

Pluralizing it isn't necessary at all. Just say Spiderman 1 and 2.

Also, the Spiderman movies do kinda suck.

Finally saw the long hyped Avatar. I went in with low expectations, and the first half of the movie completely blew me away. The technology is amazing, Pandora is so beautiful, and although the movie is so far mainly a rip off of Dances With Wolves, it's well done.

Then the second half of the movie hits and it became every single stupid action movie I've seen in the past 15 years- like a Steven Seagal movie, except without Seagal, so it's not even funny. I should not be able to predict with 100% accuracy what is going to happen in a movie. Nor should a character be a motiveless cliche spewing cliche, as the major is (seriously... all this is for something called Unobtanium, which the movie doesn't even explain?). So, too bad, because the technology and cinematography is amazing. Maybe next time they'll make a real movie out of it, with, say, one of those good script things, and characters.

I know, right? I don't understand how the entire theater didn't burst out laughing with me when they revealed its name. Or when the main character makes his big action hero speech and becomes everyone's leader because he tackled a flying plot device. Oh man this movie became shit.

Because it's such a great experience. I haven't felt that awesome feeling you get when you see something completely out of this world and futuristic since I saw The Matrix.

Made up for it with Creation, the Darwin film. Fucking beautiful, had me choking back tears. Inspirational and deeply moving. See it.
