Music I'm into right now...

At the Gates - Terminal Spirit Disease/Slaughter of the Soul
Satyricon- Now, Diabolical, The Age of Nero
Nightrage- Sweet Vengeance/Descent into Chaos
Dimmu Borgir- Stormblast (re-recording)/ In Sorte Diaboli

what albums would you suggest, need something fast/rockin, but not to much blast beat

Maybe...

-Arch Enemy - Rise of the Tyrants
-Dissection - Reinkaos
-Blood Tsunami - Grand Feast for Vultures
-Watain - Sworn to the Dark
-Darkthrone - The Cult is Alive / F.O.A.D. / Dark Thrones and Black Flags
-Legion of the Damned - Cult of the Dead
and if Dimmo Borgir is mentioned...I can say:
-Cradle of Filth - Nymphetamine / Thornography (the current "Godspeed on the devils Thunder" has too many blast beats  [but give it a try  ] )

You must be a NuclearBlast/Century Media baby aren't you?Firstly,if you don't mind a shoddy production, check out the original Stormblast,it has beautiful keys that they dropped for the new release.

This is a pretty hard list of names to compile, cause your scope is pretty broad & vague.I'd love to throw some big genre names out there but it seems it would probaly not be your cup o' tea.

Anyway,maybe try,
The Crown
Hypocrisy
Old Man's Child(In Defiance of Existence,Vermin era similar to Dimmu)
In Flames
Arch Enemy
Mors Principium Est
Legion of the Damned
Mordium
The Absence

If you like At The Gates listen to The Duskfall... Get the albums Frailty and Source. You will like.

I prefer the re-recorded Stormblast to the original, personally.

Also, I'd get Satyricon's Rebel Extravaganza and Volcano. They are must haves.

What are you looking for?
It would help if you could narrow it down a bit.

Well since your into the two thrashier At the Gates albums, why not give their more death/black metalish albums a spin. The Red in The Sky is Ours is perhaps the greatest melodeath album ever (yes I'm biased) and the followup With Fear I Kiss the Burning Darkness is awesome as well. Both of those albums are leagues beyond their later works imo. Also give the new black dahlia murder album (deflorate) a shot its really good.

Get Mors Principium Est - Liberate = Terminate

Try Khold if you like Satyricon, maybe Vreid as well. They sort of have that rocky black metal thing going on like Satyricon does.

Also, try Dimension Zero's He Who Shall Not Bleed. Great melodeath.

Is this the same husker from a long time ago?

Listen to Arsis, by the way. A Celebration Of Guilt and A Diamond For Disease are modern classics.
