I heard about this a few hours ago on the radio.

Seriously wtf? Why can't Anthrax keep a singer? And why does John Bush continue to help these guys out?

Now the album is pushed back to 2010. Will Nelson even be on the new album?

Crazy shit.

As long as they perform at Wacken I don't care.

Who will be the singer? Bush is only doing 1 show in England.

Maybe if they pay Joey enough he will sing :)

Actually it doesn't sound like they will play. It was only like 5 hours ago so probably Wacken hasn't had a chance to update their site yet. Oh well .. at least I've seen them once.

That would be cool. Then let him sing on the new album.

Or maybe that petition to have Paul D'ianno as the new 'Thrax singer might actually come true.

What is he doing? Anything music related?

A few years back I came across a site of his, but it was real messed up and hard on the eyes. Said something about a band he was in, but I couldn't find anything. I wonder if he's still got the pipes.

He has his own group called the Deathriders. They suck, but he can still sing. If those pussies in Anthrax can stand having someone as metal as Neil Turbin in the band then perhaps they will return to form instead of continuing their shit crusade. Anthrax has now officially become irrelevant.

Imho, their last album with John Bush wasn't bad at all. I liked its thrash'n'roll feel and it had some pretty neat songs too.

I don't expect Anthrax to ever do another Spreading the Disease or Among the Living but I'd like them to try to go back to their roots just like Metallica did with Death Magnetic.

They became re-relevant when Belladona came back into the band, for the public....not for me. But now that John Bush is coming back, they can sink back into the shadows releasing mediocre albums and Scott Ian can continue his main career of appearing on VH1 programs.

Did you read the news H_T?
Bush is coming back for ONE CONCERT to help a band he spent 13 years in. I think that's nice of him and that it'll be a nice concert for the lucky ones who'll be there.
Now, as future singers go, I hope they re-unite with Belladonna but I don't see it happening.

Didn't they get back with Belladonna for all those reunions gigs after they booted Bush, only for everyone to call them sellout assholes?

Speaking of which, it appears Anthrax are a buncha assholes.

To be honest if it means Bush's is back in the band then fuck yeah! They can hopefully correct the mistake of kicking him out in favour of Belladonna for those reunion gigs.
