I figured it might've been anorexia.

I eat a whole lot, I'm usually stuffing something in my face for the majority of the day, it's just that no matter how much I eat, I can't put any weight on me at all.

Seasonal depression - that sounds like the male version of having period.

Wow, he's really going through tough times. I can't help but to feel sorry for him. That's probably the worst thing that could happen to a full time touring musician.
