I have a promo of the new Gathering. Two months in advance! Either they're sending them out really early, or I'm more respected than I thought I was in the online Metal reviewing community.

Their last one was pretty shit imo.

I agree. It seemed so unfocused and too much all-over-the-place. Hope this new album can bring back the energy and power of "Nuclear Fire" and "Black Sun".

They've somehow managed to sneak this one out without me noticing, the cheeky bastards. Hopefully this'll be better than the trainwreck that was Folkfuck Folie.

Here's some good news for ya all:

Jorn Lande is going to release a new solo album in June, entitled "Spirit Black".

U.D.O. is going to release their new studio album in August. "Dominator" is the working title. There will also be a single released (with the title "Infected") in June.

This rightfully belongs in the news section (actually I find it baffling that it isn't there), but Beherit has re-formed as a Black Metal band and is releasing a full length album in April. :omfg:

Also, it seems that we will get a new Impiety album this year.

This one totally slipped under my radar. New Spheric Universe Experience in May.

Image

1. White Willow
2. Down Memory Lane
3. Lakeside Park
4. 3rd Type
5. Near Death Experience
6. Lost Ghost
7. Dragged
8. O.B.E.
9. Tomorrow

Anima was one of the best prog albums of 2007. This better be a good follow-up. Bad cover art.
