This album is quite possibly the dirtiest, ugliest, most despairing black metal release ever. The pictures in the digipack are exactly what I see when the music unfolds.

That said, this is not a fun album to listen to. I mean, you can just sit right down and expect to take it all in with ease. You've got to be in the same mind-set as the persons in that unkempt, psychotic asylum of which the pictures display.

Oh wait, that makes things even worse.

Have to agree with Octavarius, Deleted Scenes is just out of this world. Usually I like having lyrics but the imagery that emanates from this band (or entity, as they call themselves) is just otherwordly.

And after having the (dis)pleasure of hearing Urfe, I must say I feel unsure telling which one is the most disturbing. The ugliest is unmistakenly this one... but the most disturbing could easily be Urfe. Can't wait to see the review for it.
