Alot of his points are valid. Except... I wash my hair in the sink every so often. That would be my main problem.

Sexist?! It's hardly sexist! It recognises that women can pose a serious physical threat (imagine her with a sword or something if it helps) and gives useful information on how to render her harmless to yourself and the general public. This information may well save your life one day.
