that's where we disagree... for me respect comes first, I don't have to think about it... maybe it has something to do with being a Buddhist or a Satanist... :roll:

but let me tell you V., we sure disagree on loads of things but we always maintain a calm, respectful tone and this, I like.

I've heard enough to know I don't like it and I think that the whole concept is ridiculous.Tthere are probably a few bands that are more worthy, but I am not going chase them down, due to a) lack of time, b) lack of money and c) why would I chase down the few good grind bands when there are countless other Bm bands that I want to hear?
And when have I EVER tried to persuade anyone to listen to Bm? I honestly don't give a damn what you or anyone else listens to.
And technical prowess means zero to me if the music sucks.
This may come as a shock to you, but, I don't give one ripe fuck if I have your respect or not, frankly.
And to be fair you have made some posts that have diminished your stature in my eyes as well, though I had the bearing to refrain from stating as much, something you obviously lack... and no, I am not going to chase them down , because I really don't care enough about this whole farce to do so, just rest assured that that is the case.

EDIT- I have figured out why I bothered to inform you of my losing respect for you in the first place: because it pissed me off to see one of the more articulate and obviously intelligent posters on this board engage in genre stereotyping, something that I utterly despise in all forms (at least related to metal, I don't think there's any such thing as good bubblegum pop, but I'm rambling here), and as such, this led me to write not only ONE useless post, but TWO useless posts. This one has been deleted, because it was not only useless and tedious, it was plain fucking stupid and I'm ashamed that I wrote it in the first place.

Hell, I don't know why I wasted my time doing or saying a lot of things on this board in the first place, like defending a bunch of statements that I made against Gast1's nitpicking, but I digress.

I apologize for having an overinflated sense of self-importance that led me to condemn and judge you for no fucking reason other than the fact that you simply don't like grindcore, and to be honest, I can't really blame you. It's hard-to-like music, much harder to like then black metal, and probably not as ultimately rewarding. I like it, but I shouldn't bother forcing my opinions on you, because you've got your mind made up, and to try and keep talking would make me no better than that biblefucking Jehovah's Witness that visits my Riverdale apartment every Sunday at exactly 6:30 AM, who apparently has decided that he will be the one who personally pulls me back from the brink of hell.

Hey man, its cool... I will be the first to admit that I am far from an expert on grind, but it seems to me that roughly 90% of it has song titles like "cum-covered c-section", "fetus gargle" or whatnot. You have to admit that is more than a little sick. But if there are good grind bands that actually have something to say (like Napalm Death), than they are of course excluded from my, perhaps inaccurate, general condemnation.
If someone doesn't like Bm I usually ask why, and I can totally understand why many do not; it is not for everyone, etc.
Anyways, no hard feelings, and JW's are the worst... you can always spot 'em: a couple of pencil-neck squares that make Urkel look like fucking James Bond, all decked out in their short-sleeved shirts/clip-on neckties and g-a-y assed little safety helmets, while riding on their faggoty precious little bikes, which they always ride like sissies all wobbly and over cautious because they are obviously afraid they will fall off and get a boo-boo.
