Nice interview...

I loved this band live. I saw them back when they toured with Necrophagist. James Malone was fucking brilliant. There was only about 10 people that showed up (suprise... it's Omaha, NE) to the show, but Malone still made the best of it.

Another interview? Did all the worthwhile bands decline or what?

Good interview, but I disagree with the downloading stuff said at the end. The likes of rap fans won't buy real cds, I know cause I used to be one and I never bought an original album, not until I got into metal.

Of course they buy albums. Mainstream hip-hop artists sell albums because they're mainstream and the hip-hop fans that are into more non-mainstream stuff buy albums because they're just as passionate about their music as metal heads are.

What I'm saying is those people who actually still watch MTV and like all that gay pop rubbish that is always on don't really give a fuck about music, since all they care about is a single which they can just get off Ares or something else, and which they will stop listening to after a month or so when something newer/more popular comes out.

Then how can rap records top the charts? How can rappers afford their Escalades?

I know, I'm being contradictory, the thing is I can't imagine people actually going to buy the latest 50 cent cd, even though it happens. Then again, I still don't get how reality TV is so popular, so there you go.
