I've been liking Khann lately, they're a vegan grind band with some influences from sludgier/artsier stuff that keeps them from getting boring :o

Hahaha cool that's a pretty off the wall recommendation. Good though if you like more avant-garde but also tongue in cheek grind.

NP: Nasum- Doombringer.

Fuuuuck this sounds awesome. Rawer and more chaotic than on record and therefore better.

An australian band called Blood Duster.

Pretty much the ONLY grind band I like (it helps that they're pretty much the only one around here, and I like to support aussie bands).

But still check 'em out.

Lately, they've evolved into more of an super-heavy-stoner-rock band with death metal vocals, but the early stuff is all grind.

Their latest album is actually awesome though, its called "Lyden Na", and its a double disc. The first disc is 30 minutes of the super heavy rock with death vocals. The second disc is 16 minutes of PURE grind across 16 tracks (to please the fans of their old stuff).

Really worth checking out.

I have an album somewhere, found it a bit disappointing, actually. I've heard that Lyden Na's pretty good, however...
