Anyone here watch The Principles Office on Tru TV I like watching this show because it reminds me of my high school days making that long trek to the principles office oh man I hated that lol :D

Sounds like a pretty fun show, gotta check it out.

Anyway, back in high school me and my friend used to love having to go to the principals office, because the principal was such a character. He was a drunk fuck with whiskey bottles in his shelves that had had their labels removed. He called us terrorists because we played with firecrackers on the school yard. My friend would always make him forget why he had us come in by talking about all sorts of shit not related to the incident. 30 minutes later we would be talking about his latest fishing trip. Good times.

Watched the opening ep of Supernatural's season 4 just now and was blown away. I kept trying to predict what was happening and I was wrong every time. Awesome setup for what I hope to be the best season.

I pretty much had the same reaction to the season premiere, god I love that show!

Hah, there's definitely nothing wrong with the new season of Entourage. What an awesome episode.

Speaking of Arrested D. forgot to mention that I'm most of the way through season 1. Whooped at Carl Weathers!

Yep. I couldn't stop laughing when Ari ordered Lloyd to shit in a bag, or when the hot cops came in (Arrested Development reference?).

I recently discovered this amazing channel. It has got every episode of Trailer Park Boys, including specials. It also has the films and some extra material.

If you haven't seen this show, check out Season 3 episode 3 called 'If I can't smoke and swear I'm fucked' where Ricky is in court and asks the judge to let him smoke and swear to be able to defend himself. My favourite episode.

So my girlfriend is trying to get me to watch Heroes but I don't understand the appeal of an over-dramatized X-Men.

It's not really my type of show, but I love it. It's a very thrilling show that gets you hooked after only 2 episodes, and it's nothing like X-Men.

dude, the first thing that came to mind when i saw it was "wow, this sure reminds me of x-men". ok actually it was the second, right after "man, that cheerleader is hot". but it is definitely very X-Men-y, what with the next step in evolution and all that shit.

i loved season 1 but season 2 was fucking awful. ridiculous powers like that black chick who learned shit off her ipod and those twins, or repeated powers like that samurai guy, and vague references to "the company". how many misterious corporations with dubious financing are known only as "the company"? at least two (see: prison break).

after the crapfest that was season 2 (that i somehow watched all the way to the end) i'm done.

Agreed about it being X-Men-y. Got through the first season just to see Hiro get his sword, only for Sylar to be defeated stupidly, and the few episodes I saw from s2 were like you said, pure :lame:

How shitty was that first season finale, I mean come on. They built it up like it was going to be the best thing ever, and in the end nothing really happens.

Watched the two hour episode last night and didn't care much for it. The high number of characters leaves the plotlines and time devoted to each one stretched thin. And I don't get how at all it isn't like X-men besides the lack of spandex costumes.

And I also watched a new comedy last night, Worst Week. It was hilarious but in the "main character screws everything up and it only gets funnier the more that he fucks up" way, made famous by Ben Stiller. The dad from That 70s Show is in it which adds to the hilarity.

Ya, I've never liked Heroes. Its not only that its a rip off of X Men, and, more especially, The Wild Card book series. Rip offs can still be good when done right. But I find everything about it to be awful, from the horrible acting to the clunky as hell dialogue to the relatively uninteresting plots. I've never watched the whole show straight through (just seen the first few episodes and then some others here and there from seasons 1 and 2) but I can never maintain any interest in it.

Anyway, now I'm watching Buffy, season 2. I'd seen season 1 about five years ago and thought it was all right, and then saw several random episodes lately, some of which were completely awesome (musical!!!!!!), so when I saw season 2 on sale, I decided to go through the whole thing. Six or so episodes in, I can say that when the writers are on fire, they're really on fire- the first episode with Spike is phenomenal. Too bad they're seems to be so many filler episodes, but at least they're entertaining and the writing nearly always witty.

Oh ya, and I really want to see Deadwood season 2. By the end of the first season I had fallen completely in love with the show- but unfortunately, HBO box sets are ridiculously expensive.

I watched like 2 episodes of last season and I just stopped, they just started introducing new characters every episode with the most ridiculous powers and such.

I felt pretty lame for watching Buffy years ago. Looking back though, minus the filler random bad guy episodes it is really damn good.

This new season of Heroes seems like it is going to be an exact ripoff of the X-men comic and episodes in the cartoon called 'Days of Future Past'.

House is going downhill quickly. I could deal with last season which trainwrecked due to being rushed by the writer's strike but this new season is looking real bad so far.

I don't even bother with House any more, there's nothing more they can do with his character, and let's face it, it's all about his character.

Damn, season 3 of It's always sunny in Philadelphia is a major step up from its previous seasons. The stories, sets and characters are infinitely better and the direction is completely different. I always felt like this show was lacking good direction, but had great scripts, now I think it's one of the best comedies on TV. I also think Danny DeVito makes the show like 20% better, any scene with him is automatically good. It's a good example of how acting experience and comedic timing adds to the average quality of a television show.

It's decent. Not the funniest show on TV, but I managed to watch all of it. It's got great moments, and good moments, and stays just above average.
